And finally, Sasha. Sasha has a unique ability to show up on the cam right when the sun is shining on the kitchen floor. With her light fur, she occasionally looks like little more than a glowing ball of fluff. She has gained the nickname “Sasha Supernova.”

The Ozzy Collection
A few years ago, I posted a short series of screen captures from a webcam we set up to spy on our cats (on the old blog, here).
Since then, while I haven’t posted any new pics, I have been diligently collecting shots when the cats do something interesting…which, given my definition of “interesting,” can be as simple as eating.
With a now giant collection of screen caps, I’ve decided to start posting a few collections. The first, I can’t help but think, is a little alarming. I don’t know what is occurring on our kitchen wall, or perhaps ceiling, that has the cats so riveted. But with only minimal effort, I found a great number of shots with the cats glaring at the wall above the cam with great interest. Of course, given they are cats, it could be absolutely nothing as much as it could be a repetitively occurring portal leading into some hell dimension. Maybe someday I’ll know the truth.
